Howard Brown's TRIAD Health Practice

AGING AS WE ARE hosts a weekly, free drop-in program at Howard Brown Health Center (Chicago) designed specifically with older adults in mind! Every Friday, from 1pm - 4pm, older adults can "drop in" to our safe and friendly environment to meet new people, share refreshments, and receive free assessments for health concerns such as osteoporosis. Through the Gay and Lesbian Medical Association’s website, you can search by your zip code for many qualified specialists. This website even provides options to find doctors in specific specialties (dentist, surgeons, or family medicine) or with a specific patient/client focus (hormone therapy, elderly, bisexual men, etc.).
